Melbourne Wedding Transport Checklist
Wedding transport depends on timing, presentation and coordination. This checklist helps couples and planners brief a chauffeur service clearly before requesting a quote.
Confirm the movement schedule
List every movement: getting-ready location to ceremony, ceremony to photo locations, photo locations to reception and any end-of-night return transfers. Add addresses and preferred times for each leg.
Include passenger and clothing details
Wedding clothing, flowers, photography gear and family passengers can affect the vehicle choice. Include passenger count, luggage or garment needs and whether multiple vehicles may be required.
Share venue access notes
Some venues have narrow entrances, loading zones, restricted pickup points or timed access. Add those notes early so the chauffeur booking can be planned around the venue rather than adjusted on the day.
Plan the return trip
End-of-night transport is often forgotten until late. If the couple, family members or guests need return transfers, include estimated finish times and pickup locations in the quote request.
